Hi there!

I'm so proud of you for taking the first step in finding a therapist.

I know how hard it can be as an outside-the-box human who does not fit into the typical mold. Counseling is a vulnerable process, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can be yourself and share your story. I enjoy collaborating with clients, and I believe the way we understand and frame our experiences has a powerful impact on emotional and mental well-being.

I work with teens and adults and am LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and have extended training in co-occurring disorders. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending evidence-based practices like DBT with holistic and experiential approaches that honor the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. I strive to support growth, authenticity, self-acceptance, and healing in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable for each individual.

You don’t have to fit a mold to deserve support.

If you’re looking for a safe space to show up as your authentic and beautiful self, I’d love to work with you.

My Philosophy

From The Ashes Counseling was created for the outcasts, the weirdos, and the deeply feeling humans who are tired of hiding themselves just to survive. Too many bright, beautiful people spend their lives shrinking or masking parts of who they are to fit the expectations of the world around them. But I beleive you deserve more than survival - you deserve a life where you can exist fully and authentically.

My hope is to help you reconnect with the spark inside yourself that may have been buried beneathe trauma, burnout, or survival. You can stop dimming yourself to make others comfortable and start being your full authentic self.
