Services
Who I Work With
I provide individual therapy services to adults and children 12+ in the state of Texas.
I work with teens and adults and am LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and have extended training in co-occurring disorders.
Approach to Therapy
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending evidence-based practices like DBT with holistic and experiential approaches that honor the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. I strive to support growth, authenticity, self-acceptance, and healing in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable for each individual.
What To Expect
Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—and honestly, neither are you.
Our work together will be shaped around who you are, what you need, and what actually feels useful to you. My goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself-while giving you the tools, insight, and support to create a life that feels more like yours.
When We Can Meet
I currently offer virtual sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–8 PM, as well as Saturdays from 10 AM–6 PM.
Prefer to meet face-to-face? In-person sessions are available on Saturdays from 10 AM–6 PM.
I know finding a therapy time that actually fits into your life can be a challenge, so I’m working to keep a mix of evening, weekend, virtual, and in-person options available.
Cost
I offer sliding-scale fees ranging from $60–$120 per session to help make therapy a little more accessible. During your initial consultation and intake, we’ll talk honestly about what feels doable for you and find a rate that fits within your circumstances.
I’m currently a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance. My hope is to make the process as transparent as possible, so you know what to expect before we begin.
Getting Started
Ready to take the first step? Reach out, and we’ll get you scheduled.
And if you’re still on the fence, have questions, or want to get a feel for who I am before committing to therapy, that’s okay too. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations so we can talk, get to know each other a little, answer your questions, and see if we might be a good fit.
No pressure. No hard sell. Just a chance to connect and see where things go.
